Harold J Hershey, CPA
Director

As a member of the board or directors, Harold provides tax and accounting services to a wide variety of businesses including the real estate, construction, retail, and service industries.  He is currently in the process of transferring some of the firm administrative duties to others and is devoting more time to family business succession, estate and trust taxation, and other business consulting projects.  

Harold is a graduate of Susquehanna University with a B.S. degree in accounting.  Prior to joining our predecessor firm of Detweiler, Hershey & Associates, P.C. in 1975, he spent eight years with the auditing practice of an international accounting firm. 

Harold is active in his church and has served in various positions.  He is the former treasurer of the Ephrata Area Chamber of Commerce and his church and is currently serving as the treasurer of the Main Street Closet (a not for profit re-uzit shop).  Harold is a member of the Institute of Mangement Accountants and the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce. 

 
Daryl E Eshleman, CPA
Shareholder

Daryl joined the firm in 1992 and has been a shareholder since 2003.  Daryl has over 17 years of experience in public accounting and auditing, all of those years with Hershey Advisors, PC.  He services a variety of business clients in the manufacturing, real estate, retail trade, and not-for-profit sectors.   He is active in the design and implementation of accounting software and technology and has extensive experience in the auditing of non-profit and governmental institutions.

Daryl is a graduate of Messiah College, in Grantham Pennsylvania with a B.S. Degree in accounting.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Daryl also serves as a board member and treasurer of Landis Homes Retirement Community.  His personal interests include camping; spending time with his family of six; and singing with The Spare Parts, a male barbershop quartet.

 

 
David L Nauman, CPA
Shareholder

Dave is a shareholder in the firm and joined Hershey Advisors, P. C. in 1988.  He works with a variety of family owned businesses including those in the construction and agricultural industries.  Dave also works with the installation and customization of various accounting software packages.

Dave is a graduate of Millersville University where he earned a B.S. degree in business administration and accounting.

Dave enjoys serving the community through his involvement with the Manheim Community Farm Show and Manheim Central Little League.  Dave also serves on the finance team and as a sunday school teacher at Speedwell Heights Church.

Jennifer Fyock, CPA
Senior Accountant

Jen is a senior accountant in our office.  She joined our firm in 2005 and holds a B.S. degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from Millersville University. 

Jen provides a variety of tax and accounting services for our clients. 

Jen enjoys spending time with her husband, gardening and running.

 
Ryan Siegrist, CPA
Senior Accountant

Ryan is a senior accountant who joined the firm in 2005.  He is a graduate of Eastern Mennonite University, where he earned a B.A. degree in business administration with a minor in accounting. 

Ryan performs a variety of tax, audit, and accounting services for our clients.

Ryan is active in his church and enjoys sports, hunting, fishing, skiing, and photography.

 
Timothy Monaghan
Staff Accountant

Tim is a staff accountant who joined our firm in 2008.  He is a graduate of Waynesburg University, where he earned a B.S. degree in accounting with a minor in business management.  He is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Tim Provides a variety of tax, accounting and audit services to our clients.

During his free time, Tim is an avid sports fan and runner.  He also enjoys singing, serving, and spending time with friends.

 
JoAnna Hess
Staff Accountant

JoAnna is a staff accountant in our firm.  She joined the firm in 2002 and hold an associate degree in specialized business from Consolidated School of Business.  JoAnna serves our client's business and personal needs in a variety of ways.  She is a Nationally Certified Public Accounting Assistant and a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor.

JoAnna is active with her church worship team and enjoys running, reading, and spending time with family.

 
Tammy Rogers
Staff Accountant

Tammy is a staff accountant in our firm.  She joined the firm in 2009 and has an Associate degree in Computerized Accounting Management from Consolidated School of Business.  Tammy provides tax, payroll, bookkeeping, and Quickbooks support for our clients.  Tammy is a Certified Quickbooks Pro Advisor.

Tammy enjoys spending time with her spouse and children.  In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, camping, and bowling.

 
Jody Galyon
Payroll Services

Jody has managed our payroll department since joining the firm in 1994.  Currently we process weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for a variety of clients, employing nearly 1,500 employees.  Jody provides prompt, courteous, and flexible service to our clients.  We offer direct deposit, electronic wire transmissions of federal tax deposits, unlimited payroll deductions, quarterly payroll tax return preparation, and the flexibility of customizing reports in the format that our clients need.  We utilize Creative Solutions technology to streamline payroll processing.  Advances in technology also have allowed us to design electronic links to client time clocks and allow for data transmissions via the internet.

 
Tina Auker

Tina joined the firm in July 2000 and has enhanced the image of our firm through her professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent people skills.  She is an advocate for our clients, provides support for the entire staff, and coordinates the many details required to keep our busy office functioning smoothly. 

Tina is a member of Pennsylvania Association of Notaries and is a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

 
Lou Ann Gehman

Lou Ann is a seasonal employee (from January to May) since 1991.  She assists with assembling tax returns, filing, and other support duties during the tax season months.
